How do I update my Drypers Club member details?

Updating your details is easy! Simply visit Your Drypers and click on Your Settings. Then update your details and save them.

How do I delete my Drypers Club membership?

If you would like to delete your Drypers Club membership, visit Your Drypers and click on Your Settings. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select ‘Delete my account’.

This will permanently delete your membership, including any Drypers Points you have accumulated.

If you’d simply like to be invisible in the community, please just change your privacy options under Your Public Profile.

What are Drypers Points?

All Drypers Ultra and Giggles packs offer Drypers Points.

You collect Drypers Points from the unique codes printed on the nappy packs.

The size of the nappy pack determines the number of Drypers Points they are worth.

Where do I find Drypers Points?

Drypers Ultra Newborn and Infant unique codes are printed inside the bottom flap of the pack.

All other Drypers nappies have the unique codes printed under the inside top flap of the nappy pack. 

The unique code is an alphabetical code with an expiry date printed beside it.

How do I bank Drypers Points?

You can bank, or store, Drypers Points online. It's easy and it means your points will never expire!

Simply login and visit Your Drypers Points.

You must be a member of the Drypers Club to buy online. If you're not already a member, register now.

How long does delivery take?

Please allow up to seven working days for delivery.

Why has only part of my order been delivered?

If you have ordered multiple products, you may receive these boxes at slightly different times.

On occasions, the courier picks up the orders in batches. If this has occured, your remaining boxes will be delivered to you shortly.

My order has not arrived?

If your order has not arrived, check whether a delivery note has been left by the courier. If you were not home, the courier may have chosen not to leave your valuable order on the doorstep.

Which is the right nappy for my baby?

We’ve got a handy little calculator in the Products section as a guide to choosing your baby’s nappy.

Just enter your baby’s weight and we’ll recommend the best nappy for their weight.

But, as all babies are different shapes and sizes, you may find your baby fits a nappy in a larger weight range.

What’s different about the Drypers website?

The first thing you’ll probably notice is the brand new interactive timeline in the top panel of the ‘Your Stage’ page.

The timeline personalises the website to what stage you’re at in the parenting journey  – Trying, Pregnant, Baby or Toddler. It also links you to other members at your stage.

When you rollover the timeline bar with your mouse you’ll quickly see developmental milestones and stage markers. Click on the stage that best describes you.

Our website also lets you read articles written by members (parents like you), comment on, rate and share your favourite articles and stories, ask a question to the Community, start your own poll, and save interesting articles or discussions to your scrapbook.

You can also create your own profile to connect with the Community, view other members’ profiles and comment in their guestbooks, and chat in the Forum.

Plus, there’s plenty more to explore!

Drypers Website - first time users
I was a member of the previous Drypers website. Can I use my normal login details?

Absolutely! If you registered with the old Drypers website, your registered email address and password will work on this website.

Can I register the forum display name I had on the previous Drypers website?

Yes. However, think carefully when choosing your username on the new website – you will NOT be able to change this again.

So if you’re pregnant make sure you choose something that will still be okay when you’re a mum of three!

Why can’t I register the forum display name I had on the previous Drypers website?

This means your username is already being used by another member. Please select a new username. You can no longer share forum usernames – this means there won’t be any more confusion about who you’re chatting with! 

Think carefully when choosing your username on the new website – you will NOT be able to change this again. So if you’re pregnant make sure you choose something that will still be okay when you’re a mum of three!

How can I see an overview of what’s on the website?

Click on the Explore Site button in the top right hand corner to get a bird’s eye view.

Your Stage – the Drypers timeline
What is the timeline?

The timeline personalises the website to what stage you’re at in the parenting journey – Trying, Pregnant, Baby or Toddler.

It also links you to other members at your stage.

How do I use the timeline?

When you rollover the timeline bar with your mouse you’ll quickly see developmental milestones and stage markers. Click on the stage that best describes you.

Then you’ll see that the page customises to your selected stage. 

For instance, if you’ve clicked the Pregnant stage:
- You’ll see a calendar appear, and the coloured timeline bar just below.
- To set your exact stage, scroll the calendar left or right and click on the correct week/month.

OR

- Rollover the coloured timeline bar just below and you’ll see weekly/monthly markers pop up.
- You can click on the correct week/month on the bar itself, or use the arrows on the right to move to the correct stage.

Once you’re happy with the stage you’ve selected, you’ll see a question appear on the right asking if this is your correct stage. Click ‘Yes’ to confirm or ‘No’ to change your stage.

Can I add more than one child to the timeline?

Yes. Add your first child and then the other. You’ll have to designate one child the ‘primary’ child and we’ll personalise the website to that particular stage.

You can always change the ‘primary’ child on your profile.

I have twins, how do I enter both of their details?

Add one child first. You will then be asked if you have any more children to add. We will recognise they are twins based on their birthdays.

Your Stage - making changes
Can I change my stage in the timeline?

Changing your stage is simple. You can update your details in Your Public Profile under 'Your Drypers'.

So if you’ve had a new baby, add in their details and then select the option to personalise the website to that stage. Then click ‘Save’.

I’m pregnant – how do I change my due date?

You can update all your details in Your Public Profile under 'Your Drypers'. Then click ‘Save’.

I’ve had my baby! How do I tell the timeline I’m a mum?

Congratulations on your new baby!

You can update your details in Your Public Profile under 'Your Drypers'.

Add in your new baby’s details and then select the option to personalise the website to that stage. Then click ‘Save’.

How can I add my child to the timeline?

You can update your details in Your Public Profile under 'Your Drypers'.
So if you’ve had a new baby, add in their details and then select the option to personalise the website to that stage. Then click ‘Save’.

Community & Forum - overview
How can I find other members like me?

You can search for other members at your stage in People under the Community. Don’t forget – the more details you enter in your own profile, the easier it is for other people to find you!

What are the coloured frames around member profile pictures?

The colour-coded profile picture frames tell you what stage a member is at in their journey – blue means a member is ‘trying’, purple means ‘pregnant’, pink means the member has a baby, and orange means they have a toddler.

How can I find out more about a particular member?

You can click on a member’s forum display name to see their profile.

Can I send private messages?

You can leave a message for a particular member in their guestbook. This message will only be able to be read by that member.

How will I know if someone sends me a message?

When you sign in, any new guestbook entries will appear in the ‘Your Drypers’ panel on the right hand side of the page.
You can click on this link or go to Your Guestbook  under 'Your Drypers'.

How do I know who’s online?

In the ‘Community’, you can see a selection of members who are currently online. You can also search for online users on the People page.

How can I ask the community a question?

Asking a question is as simple as logging in.

Head to the Forum under the 'Community', click on ‘Start New Discussion’, and ask away!

How can I report offensive content?

If you’re offended by anything in the Community, click on the ‘Report’ button on the message. This will alert us to it and we’ll investigate.

Community & Forum - contributing
How can I add a comment to an article or member’s story?

You’ll need to be a Drypers Club member and logged in to add your comment. Then just type your comment into the box below the article or member’s story.

 

How can I add my own story?

To share your own stories, you’ll need to be a Drypers Club member.

Once you’ve signed in, go to Your Stories under 'Your Drypers'. From here you can easily add your experience and images.

Can I delete a comment I have made?

Sure! Go to Your Community under 'Your Drypers'.

Click on the 'Your Replies' tab, where you can view and delete your comments.

How can I see replies to my community posts?

Go to Your Community in ‘Your Drypers’.

In the ‘Your discussions’ tab, you can see what’s happening in conversations you’ve participated in.

How many votes has my poll had?

Go to Your Community under 'Your Drypers'.

Click on the ‘Your Polls’ tab and select the poll you’re interested in.

Your Drypers – updating your profile
I don’t want to make my information public. How can I stay anonymous on the website?

Visit Your Public Profile under 'Your Drypers'. Then uncheck the tick boxes to prevent your profile being visible, and click ‘Save’.

Bear in mind, though that keeping your profile private means you’ll miss out on great opportunities to make friends with other wonderful community members!

How do I update my profile page?

Visit Your Public Profile under 'Your Drypers'.

You can then click on either the ‘Basic Info’ tab or the ‘About You’ tab to update the information there. Then click ‘Save’.

How do I change my profile status?

To tell the community how you’re feeling, click on ‘Edit Status’ in the ‘Your Drypers’ panel. Add in your new status and click ‘Save’.

Why can’t my friends see my profile?

Check Your Public Profile under 'Your Drypers' and make sure you haven’t accidentally unselected the options making your profile visible.

Alternatively, you might not have enough detail in your profile page for the search to find you – add some more information about yourself so your friends can find you!

Can I delete my account?

You can delete your account in Your Settings under 'Your Drypers'. Click on the ‘Delete my account’ box there and then ‘Save’.

However, once you delete your account, this is permanent and you will have to re-register to become part of the Drypers Club in the future. It may be worth keeping your account active for future children or just pop back to it from time to time and see what’s happening!

What are the round icons in the timeline about?

Once you’ve set your stage, several round icons appear. Each one contains useful information that’s most relevant to your stage, from health & advice to relationships, fun stories, wellbeing and much more. Just click on the icons and we’ll take you straight to the article.

What does the little person symbol mean beside some of the icons in the timeline?

The person symbol means that article or story was written by a community member – someone just like you!

What is the camera symbol?

Click on the little camera icon to add a picture of yourself.
